Dr. Paul Filar graduated from Pacific University’s College of Optometry. He is a member of
the American Optometric Society and Beta Sigma Kappa, the International Optometric Honor
Society. He is an active member and a past president of the Northeast Wisconsin Optometric
Association, and was named Wisconsin's 2008 "Young Optometrist of the Year" by the Wisconsin
State Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. With a broad
