Our Vision Care Team
Dr. Paul Filar graduated from Pacific University’s College of Optometry. He is a member of
the American Optometric Society and Beta Sigma Kappa, the International Optometric Honor
Society. He is an active member and a past president of the Northeast Wisconsin Optometric
Association. With a broad background of optometric experience, he offers holistic vision care.

Dr. Richard Wiesner practiced optometry for over 40 years, and retired in fall, 2006. He
graduated from the Illinois College of Optometry and was a member of the American Optometric
Society. As a past president of the Wisconsin Optometric Association, Dr. Wiesner is a widely
respected doctor in Wisconsin.
Sheila Duquaine is our welcoming receptionist. With an eye for fashion, Sheila assists with
frame selections in addition to scheduling, billing, and patient communication.
Trisha Filar, our office manager with an education background, manages business details,
assists with patient care, and coordinates office marketing.
Pearl Meyer is our office caretaker, keeping our office well-maintained for over 35 years.
Marsha Price has over 20 years of experience as a talented optometric technician. She
operates our optical dispensary, performs patient pre-testing, and oversees office functions.
